b. The final cost of the project may vary from the estimate or quote. Any changes or additional work will be communicated and agreed upon in writing between the parties.
4. Payment Terms
a. Payment for our Services is typically divided into phases, as specified in the contract. Payment is due upon completion of each phase.
b. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in the project or the suspension of work until payment is received.
c. Additional costs incurred due to changes requested by you will be billed separately.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

b. Jovel Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, material shortages, or labor issues.

b. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Jovel Inc. within the specified warranty period.
7. Liability
